Grade II Listed Building
Our client owned a Grade II listed building. The remit was to replace poorly made casement windows with new single-glazed casements that would meet the stringent requirements of the listings committee.

Hardwood Casement Windows
This wonderful property had recently become a listed building and modern double-glazing was spoiling the look and feel of the house. New hardwood casement windows were manufactured in hardwood and stained to match the old oak beams. Double-glazing was acceptable to the listings committee because of the quality and detailing of the windows.

New Single-glazed Casement Windows
The local planning authority required exact copies of existing windows. Two new single-glazed casements were accepted and installed using traditional lime mortar.
